Main Responsibility and Accountability

工作职责

Service Engineer is an integrated member of Management Information Technology and System (MITS) Office and is responsible for the internal support to teachers, students and other staff, which include --

1. Prepare/maintain PCs，telephones and printers for staffs;

2. Setup and maintain the PCs in the students’ computer labs;

3. Software and hardware installation, configuration and test;

4. PC re-imaging by using Ghost;

5. Basic software and hardware troubleshooting;

6. Maintain teaching equipment for teaching staffs;

7. Supporting and serving the big events;

8. Compile the user documentation and staff training;

9. Manage and resolve problems assigned by helpdesk or operations

10. Any other concerning IT works

Position Qualification Requirement

Skills and Knowledge (技能)

1. Familiar to computer desktop

8. Good English skill and no communication obstacle;

9. Team-working, transparency spirit, patience and interest in learning new technologies.

10. Willingness to learn in an international university environment

Qualifications and Experience (资历)

1. Bachelor Degree or above, majoring is not limited to Computer Science;
