- 负责公司在线招聘业务的推广及销售，达成业绩目标；
- 分析行业客户特点，发现/引导客户需求，推动行业客户招聘服务的拓展；
- 维护现有大的客户同时拓展新的客户资源，协助客户制定招聘解决方案；
-了解客户动向/反馈，处理各种突发情况，保证合同顺利实施。
任职要求:
- 大专或以上学历；
- 2-3年中大型客户销售经验，有大客户成功销售案例优先；
- 具备较强的大客户现场演讲能力和谈判能力；
- 时间管理能力突出，能够承受较高的业绩压力及工作压力；
- 责任心强，积极主动，具有良好的团队合作意识；
- 能熟练操作办公软件，有一定的英文读写能力。
