SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Direct and implement Finance and Accounting policies, procedures and practices which support the business goals of the China Plant and Sales group.
Ensures the consistency and correctness of accounting treatments adopted and financial information produced are accurate and present true and fair view of the business.
Direct preparation or prepare cost analyses, records and reports. Follow through in investigating and resolving cost variances. May recommend improvements in cost accounting procedures and reporting. Communicate with other departments to obtain, provide or clarify cost accounting information.

Responsibility:
- Distribute costs for labor, material, and overhead to determine unit cost of product or service.
- Perform routine analysis of information based upon organizational/functional units.
- Capture cost data, develop, maintain and update standard cost and other product information in ERP system(Oracle), responsible for sale quotation and sale price evaluate
- Conduct cost variance analysis
- Perform cost accounting and provide accurate/on time delivery of all required internal management reports
- Take lead in inventory count and inventory management from financial perspective.
- Perform accounting work using professional concepts and standards. Responsible for month end closing submission
- Develops solutions to a variety or problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationship with Operations personnel and local finance team; Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
- Works independently and with only very general supervision
- Work with outside parties or service providers such as banks, tax authorities and auditors.
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by FC

Requirement:
Education Level
* Bachelors degree in accounting , finance or equivalent
Experience (type and years of experience)
* A minimum of 6 years WOFE accounting experience, at least 2 years costing experience.
* Be familiar with US & China GAAP
Specific Skills
* Sound experience with ERP(Oracle experience is preferred); familiar with China Tax regulation, has experience in dealing with VAT refund.
* Demonstrate commitments and proactive attitude, especially when working under pressures
*Team work spirit and good communication skills
Other Skills (Computer literacy, written & spoken languages etc)
* Good command in both spoken and written English
* Excellent skill of Microsoft office
