Main Responsibilities 主要职责

Training of key accounts and troubleshooting in sealant/adhesive applications
· Product application in factory.
· Part product application on-site and factory.
· Surface Preparation.
· Quality Control Procedures.
· Field Testing.
Close cooperation with Sika China Laboratory
· Initiate and follow up project testing.
· Support complaint handling process with the technical service coordinator.
· Initiate and evaluate benchmark testing of competitor products.
Introductions of New products and technologies
· Internal seminars to Sika staff.
· Seminar to associations.
· Cooperation with technical departments (design, QC, production) of customers.
Cooperation with Standard committees, associations and test centers
· Represent Sika’s interests.
· Ensure certification/approvals of Sika products.
At least 50% of the time should be spent visiting customers etc.

Qualification 任职资格
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering related field,
2. Excellent analytical,organizational and communication skills (must)
3. 5 year working experience engineering department.(Experience in Bus, Special vehicle process is prefered)
3. Ability to speak and write fluent in Chinese and English.
4. Professional and structured approach.
5. Strong mindset, strong in decision making and taking over responsibility (must)
