1. Works with departmental and project personnel on routine permitting and regulatory issues to assist them to gain experience and familiarization with methods, practices, policies, laws and regulations in order to develop professional work knowledge and abilities.
2. Provides field oversight support to project site construction personnel and contractors on regulatory approval and permitting requirements
3. Oversees the overall project permit log, ensuring it is routinely updated and progress communicated to key project personnel. Keeps abreast of new developments encompassing permit and regulatory requirements.
4. Gathers data and assist in the preparation of permit applications, routine inspection requirements and reports close out.
5. Contacts regulatory and approval agencies and prepares reports on routine matters
6. Accompanies agencies on routine inspections where necessary. Assists and support with field evaluations, reviews, and investigations.
7. Comply and promote company SHE&Q regulations and culture



1.Having 5 years of experience in relative position
2.Familiar with chemical industry and finance knowledge
3,Experience and awareness with China regulatory and permit requirements and contractor safety management highly desired
4,Negotiation skills and target-oriented way of acting / working
5,Pro-active and self- motivated, willing to take responsibility
