SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Support global Sales/FAE/CQE team to provide service to customers regarding product quality issues. Customers return data summary, analysis and initiate, drive proactive / corrective actions implementation through Sisonic organization to improve the quality of product continually.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support/coordinate analysis of failure parts reported by customer.
2. Drive root cause analysis for customer returns and prepare 8D report to customer
3. Coordinate with internal team for corrective action implementation and action effectiveness follow up.
4. Customer return data summary, analysis and information delivery to internal team for product quality continuously improvement.
5. Support/coordinate regular quality report for strategic customers.
6. Support/coordinate customer required reports for new project qualification.
7. Coordinate with internal team for special control of process/shipment to meet customer request
8. Support / coordinate customer audit


POSITION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree plus 3 years working experience in electronics, semiconductor or automotive manufacturing related industry.
2. Quality Knowledge of ISO9000 standards and 6 Sigma.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Strong coordination, communication and decision making skills.
5. Good spoken and written English ability
6. Ability to work under stress
7. Strong PC skills, with windows based environments, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
