Responsible for optimizing logistics management, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, etc. Initiate, perform and improve TSVC logistics processes.
1. Lead, direct, and control logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximise the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the delivery operations.
2. Active responsible for materials volume planning and control, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, transportation. Ensure TSVC logistics operation performance.
3. Take care of targets in logistics areas such as transit and delivery times, inventory levels, warehousing costs and monitor the performance of logistics activities. Keeping good relationships with the Chinese Customs.
4. Coordination of deliveries with customers, Managing the material consolidation, packing and shipping of the products.
Manage department personnel for development, responsibility, accountability, and evaulations. Ensure that the TSVC's logistics operation is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established Tenneco guidelines.
5. Ensures all works are carried out in good conditions respecting EHS procedures, company standards and applicable norms & legislation. Ensures all employees are knowledgeable about EHS procedures and do apply as per procedures/indications.

Over 5 years related experiences in logistics areas in managerial position with tracked record of delivery process optimization.
Supply chain management knowledge required.

University degree or above with majored in engineering.

Good command of English.
Good command of computer skills and familiar with SAP system
Strong communication capability and demonstrated leadership skills at all levels within an organization.
