职位职责Job Description：

1. 新产品报价：负责了解客户的技术要求, 进行技术可行性分析，产生初始的产品规格书, 测试规格书,及工程预算.
New product quotation: Be responsible for knowing customers’ technical requirements, doing technical feasibility analysis, creating initial product specifications, initial test specifications and technical budget;
2. 负责编制详细的技术规格书
Be responsible for compiling detailed technical specifications;
3. 负责编制EBOM/DVP/Test Instruction/DFMEA review,
Be responsible for compiling EBOM/DVP/Test Instruction/DFMEA review;
4. 负责供应商评审,跟踪及零件认可，
Be responsible for supplier audit/nominate/tracking and components approval ;
5. 助制作样件，负责样件装配
To cooperate with sample making， Be responsible for assembly;
6. 负责分析失效的原型样件及DV样件, 并制定改善措施
Be responsible for analyzing failed model samples and DV samples and taking improving measurements;
7. 负责向客户提交OTS样品及报告,协助客户完成产品的认可
Be responsible for submitting OTS samples and reports to customers; To cooperate with customers to finish product approval;
8.协助产线试制及审核，
To cooperate with production line for trial run and audit;
9.负责产品工程变更,协助维护量产项目
Be responsible for ECN, to maintain projects of massive production;
10.维护与客户技术沟通的渠道
To maintain accesses for technical communication with customers;

职位要求 Position Requirements：

1.大学本科以上(含本科)学历,机械/自动化,机电,或车辆专业
Bachelor’s degree and above (bachelor included), majoring in mechanics&automation, mechnical&Electrical or Automotive; 2.3年以上汽车行业开发经验，有带LED外饰件开发经验者优先
More than 3 years’development experience in automotive industry,Auto LED exterior decoration parts developmen experience is preferred;
3.熟练使用Catia或UG软件
Skilled in Catia or UG software"
4.具备良好的GD&T知识
Possess good GD&T knowledge"
5.具备扎实的机械理论知识 (如: 机械设计,机械原理,材料力学,工程力学等)
Possess strong mechanical theory knowledge(i.e. mechanical designing, mechanics of material, mechanics of project);
6.具备分析及解决问题的能力，思路清晰
Possess analyzing and solving abilities(clear-minded)"
7.良好的自我管理能力
Good self-controlling ability"
8.熟悉TS16949质量体系知识
Familiar with TS 16949 quality system knowledge"
9.良好的英语听说读写译能力
Good english,listening, speaking ,reading, writing and interpreting"
10.熟悉各大车厂项目开发流程, 熟悉通用项目开发流程者优先
Familiar with porduct development system of Automotive company, Well konwn in GM porduct development system is preferred;
