Main responsibilities:

  

To indipendently handle all the Company Quality requirements, in particular:

To create and mantain the necessary internal quality inspection and quatlity assurance procedures;

To manage the customer feedback & complaints;

    To collect and analyze the suppliers’ quality issues (non conformities), and lead the supplier improvements;  

Main activities

  

• Well document the manufacturing process and quality control of (mainly) mechanical components, setting up the relevant/necessary SIP and other charts;
• Set up and manage the quality documentation;
• To manage the inspection of the incoming material according to the sampling plan and the qualitative requirements defined by the company or customer;
• Developing new suppliers in coordination with the purchasing team and on adoption of new components;
• Check the sample, and handle the sample validation with customer;
• To be responsible of the collection of defects in supplier quality perfomance and monitor the continuous improvement;
• To produce adequate reporting for statistical purposes with the objective of Quality continuous improvement;
• To assure good management, including upgrade and calibration, of the Company gauging and measuring tools;
• Analyze and document the non-conformities usinmg 8D report;
• Carry on, from time to time, Customer Audit; Audit suppliers; Internal Audit;

Title of study, experience and other knowledge required

  

• Bachelor degree – Mechanical Engineering
• Be proficient in oral, writing and listening English skills.
• Knowledge of Microsfoft Office package
• Good understanding of mechanical drawings
• Basic Electrical / Electronics Knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Cad 2D and 3D
• Practicality with instrumentation such as: Calipers, Micrometer, Digital Goniometer, Heighter gauge...
• Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in Quality Assurance / SQE / Quality Control in the field of industrial automation / packaging
