Major Job Responsibilities
? Introduce new parts under the processes control.
? Create Technical sheet, Layout and in-process inspection sheet etc.
? Reduce manufacturing cost.
? Solve problem in Workshop.
? Maintain manufacturing basic data in ERP.
? Identify and solve the potential problem.
? Dispose the internal quality issue with PE and QE.
? Support VSM project.
Job Qualifications Experience/Education requirement
? Working knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, machining, thermal and surface treatments knowledge of sub-ASSY and test requirements.
? Skilled in determining most efficient manufacturing methods to conform to part requirements.
? Ability to create manufacturing documentation , routings, inspection plans , technique sheets技, and good knowledge of international standards and specifications ability to specify cuttings tools, fixtures?
Knowledgeable to create CNC programs. J精通四轴或五轴数控编程
? Excellent understanding of written English.
? Creative in optimization of processes to determine optimum manufacturing costs.
? Good communicator and team player, ability to train personnel.
? Good contributor for the development of ME department within MDC.
? Working knowledge and experience of cad/cam system e.g. Catia V5.
