POSITION SCOPE:

主要工作范围与职能：

1． independently development the program part job file for BPM programmer;

按要求独立完成烧录元器件的Job Task工作；

2． To provide guidance and decision about in house program or out source as capacity issue;

能承担由于产能和能力的缺失而外包的决定；

3． To create program document and work instruction;

制作相关的技术文档和生产文档；

4． In charge of confirmation manufacture ECO feedback with component or FW change;

协助完成生产的工程确认反馈，以及对工程变更提供技术分析和反馈；

5． To create the electronic parts library;

建立元器件Job Task 库，管理相关设计文档；

6． Work with IQA department for the program part verification;

协调来料检验部门对烧录好的料进行来料检验；设计检验清单；

7． Management the program house as supervisor including the OT control, Operation management;

主管程序烧录运营。

Education and Qualification:

专业和资质：

1. Minimum Degree of Electronics Engineering;

电子或通信类专业本科（如果相关工作经验丰富，可降低要求至大专）；

2. At least 2 years as program house supporting and program part job task development;

2年以上程序烧录管理，技术支持及Job Task 开发经验；

3. Be familar with BP Micro-system, Data I/O, Checksum;

熟练操作和维护多种类如BPM, Data IO 和checksum 机器；

4. Be familar with PCB Manufacture process and PCBA assembly process;

熟悉PCB板生产工艺流程及PCBA的装配流程；

5. Know about analog and digital circuit knowledge;

有模拟和数字混合电路硬件基础；

6. Closely work together with other engineers in cross-functional team to efficiently solve the task at hand，good communication skills;

良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

7. Well spoken and written English is a plus;

英语良好；

8. 和BPM, Data I/O 等制造厂商有良好关系者优先.
