3.思维敏捷，逻辑能力强。

7. 时间观念强，能够独立完成工作，具有团队合作精神以及良好的开发习惯。

技术要求：
1. 2年以上PHP及互联网应用开发经验;
2. 有良好的面向对象的开发习惯, 熟练使用PHP5的SPL;
3. 熟悉PHP OOP、框架、模板、缓存、优化等技术,高效、高性能WEB应用架构设计、优化和开发；
4. 熟练掌握Mysql数据库，了解Mysql代理集群机制；
5. 熟悉HTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX及有相关经验；
6. 至少精通一种JavaScript框架，熟悉jQuery, HTML5优先;
7. 有较好英文阅读能力者优先（工作中有较多英文文档及资料）；
