职位描述
具体要求：
1; 中专或以上学历，电气自动化或机械相关专业
2; 至少5年以上的CNC加工中心设备维修工作经验
3; 精通西门子840D系统，熟悉法那科系统工作原理，懂PLC控制器电路
4; 熟悉数控机床的机械结构、电气系统，了解气动、液压控制系统，能独立排除故障
5; 工作积极认真，有较高的主动性、责任感、团队合作
(1) Associate degree, Electrical or Automation relative major
(2) At least 5 years maintenance or equipment commission experience
(3) Basic knowledge of PLC programming, familiar with SIEMENS and FANUC CNC system
(4) Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic controls
(5) Basic knowledge of reading mechanical, electrical and fluid basic drawings
(6) Basic knowledge of electrical systems. Basic knowledge of machine safety regulations
(7) Familiar with AutoCAD and office
(8) Strong responsibility and good communication. Able to work under pressure
职责描述：
1; 排除生产过程中设备的异常及故障
2; 设备的月度年度保养，及时更新设备的备件信息，提前申请
3; 必要时与设备生产商取得联系，获取必要的技术支持或相关备件信息
4; 协助主管处理项目工程转换及落实
5; 提出改善建议，对设备高故障点改善设计
6; 协助其他部门解决与设备异常问题
7; 领导安排的其他工作
（1）Make preventive maintenance plan. Compile maintenance instruction, Offer guidance during implement. Update PM plan in time.
(2)Offer support and guidance during maintenance, coordinate with OEM.
(3)Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and replaces all types of electrical and electronic components relative to controls.
(4)Typical equipment fault analyze, compile manual, and training maintenance technician.
(5)According drawing and parts, localization equipment spare parts.
(6)Organize and precede preventive maintenance according maintenance plans at the production equipment to ensure the highest machine availability
