职位描述
?Responsibilities:
?- Routine Activities
? 1. Develop test suites and test cases that to simulate the end-user environment, based on UI spec and Product Requirement Document to provide the test scripts.
? 2. Cooperate with PQE to provide OQC, EUT test plan and coverage at NPI stage, develop manual and automated tests based on the legacy products field data, including but not limited to functional test, performance test, interoperability test, stress test, etc.
? 3. Explore, Capture, Document, Regress, Track and Verify the bugs from quality stations. Track software issues resolution thru buganizer and regular MIL.
? 4. Cooperate with PQE and software team for firmware or OS bundle regression at OQC/EUT stations, deliver the test progress and reports to core team.
? 5. Provide technical training to quality operators, continue to improve the test coverage, operator test skills, and the sensitivities of software related bugs.
? 6. Cooperate with PQE and CM to set up the shop floor control system for quality tests, grab error log from the failing unit and has capability to do preliminary FA from the log.

?Qualifications:
?- Minimum qualifications
? 1. Associate's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
? 2. 5 years work experience with hands-on consumer electronic products testing, software testing.
? 3. Understanding of regression testing, functional, performance, interoperability, etc
? 4. Ability to write test plans, develop test script and audit the operator executions.
? 5. Experience working in factory will be a plus
? 6. Good English written and oral skill.

? 1. Experience in the consumer Electronic Hardware industry.
? 2. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, ability to successfully work across multiple levels of the organization.

? 1. Shenzhen
? 2. ~30% Travel frequency in China Mainland
