- Coordinate incoming and outgoing artworks & samples under proper procedure and process.

- Negotiate price, sample lead time and production lead time.

- Assist merchandiser to supervise communicate with the factories on detail works．

- Prepare the relevant samples which need by the merchandiser.

- Check and Send cost sheet, make comp chart for every development.

- Daily paperwork including filing. Ensure correct data input into system / working chart.

- Provide support to the whole team.

- Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

Requirements:

- At least 3-5 years solid working experience in home textiles if possible

- Possesses an University Degree of related majors like international trade

- Highly detail oriented, and good at documentation is a plus

- Capable to work independently with suppliers and overseas buyers/designers,

- Skillful in communication and negotiation; Good team player

- Fluent English in both written and speaking. CET6

- Quick learner and Flexible for traveling if requested

- Can / Must work under pressure

- Easy-going and motivated character, be able to identify and resolve potential problems independently.

- Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel & Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook
