Key Responsibilities and Measures:

• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs and in accordance with company policies and standards.

• Implement the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. for assigned postings. Actively search/source candidates (incl. CV screening) to provide shorter list for hiring managers. Consistent utilization of E-recruiting in whole recruiting lifecycle.

• Understand job requirements and provide professional suggestions to line managers based on knowledge of talent market.

• Responsible for first interview, selection and support for the 2nd interview arrangement for business leader if necessary. Participate in talent assessment (e.g. assessment center, phycology tools. Etc).

• Proactively follow up recruitment process and provide timely feedback to both hiring managers and candidates. Ensure we can achieve overall recruitment target.

• Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing.

• Participate in several of TA programs (e.g. employer branding, process management, recruiting website, interview skill training to managers, assessment center. Etc).

• Regular reporting about HC and hiring status. keep the national recruiting manager to forecast potential areas for growth and new channel development.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools

• Understanding of recruiting trends and dynamics. Solid talent resources and network in retail or education industries.

• Direct search, competitor mapping and cold call delivery capabilities is mandatory.

• Familiar with recruiting methodology and tools (Interview and assessment skills).

• Good communication & negotiation skills with candidates and vendors, influencing skills with line managers.

• Open minded, cooperative, pro-active following up & can-do work attitude, result – driven.

• Good command of English both in speaking and writing.

• Bachelor’s degree or above
