职位描述
Job Purpose:
Provides daily operation supports on the trade compliance function including the interpretation and decision on denied party screening results and processing export permit applications for strategic products
Principal Accountabilities
Review China customs Harmonised Tariff Code and AP Harmonised Tariff Code
Review, interpret and make decision on Denied Party Screening (DPS) results
Conduct scheduled mass DPS screening for the region.
Compile and publish monthly Denied Party Screen results
Prepare, submit and follow through export permit applications to facilitate the export sales of STG products
To advice on trade compliance procedures and requirement to businesses
Create, maintain, and filing of all Trade Compliance related documentation compliance to corporate and statutory filing and audit trail requirement
Provide Trade Compliance training to the business.
Conduct Trade Compliance audit on the businss
Skills, Know How and Experience
Minimum 2 years in similar functions in a multi-national company
Excellent MS Office skills
Level 6 English with good English writing and speaking skills.
University graduate
