Job Purpose & End State Activities
Driving sales and profitable growth through acquiring new customers
Ensure all KPI's are met and flawless execution of company strategy
? Customer Outbound Calls
? Direct Customer Contact

? Quoting Activity
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
? Acquire new customers by winning a first order from given or generated leads
? Drive demand for element14 value proposition (mapping products and services to customer values)
? Identify new opportunities and assess sales potential by way of effective customer questioning
? Build rapport quickly through customer interactions
? Increase utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - SF.com, including achieving a contact strategy and utlise Feedback Management System (FMS)
? Submit individual key performance indicators to management.
? Drive customer data accuracy
? Collect competition data
