1. 制定公司财务规划、财务会计管理制度及流程

2. 完成各项财务工作，包括财务控制、核算、预算、报表、税务等

3. 作为业务部门的支持伙伴，为业务部门提供财税及内控方面的建议

4. 负责公司资金运转，优化资金结构，提高资金使用效率，确保资金安全

5. 负责公司税务筹划和管理，保证企业财产的完整性

6. 负责公司各业务流程的内部控制，优化公司成本费用管控，及时提出合理化建议

7. 负责对接外部审计、银行、税务等单位

8. 完成领导交办的其他工作

任职资格：

1 财务或会计相关专业本科以上学历、中级会计师职称，8年以上相关工作经历；

2 熟悉财务，会计、税务法律法规；

3 能熟练使用office办公软件及财务用友软件；

4 能独立处理公司财务事宜；

5 具有较强的财务分析能力，有良好的文字表达和沟通能力；

6 熟悉快消品行业财务核算流程。
