工作职责：

1、参与或支持新模具、治具的开发项目、问题解决，确保达到计划和成本的要求。

2、对新模具、治具进行验收，针对验收中出现的问题与客户联络，确保满足客户和公司的要求。

3、配合试模、模具技术上的支持。

4、为新模具制定保养要求和技术说明、并提出意见。

5、准备模具配件，确保模具的正常运行。

6、通过优化工艺设定及改进模具设计以提升质量、工作效率、生产力和利润率。

7、安排模具保养计划，并确保模具保养按计划进行。

8、根据生产的需求，复核模具维修要求，必要时完成模具修理。

9、完成员工的技术培训。

技能要求：

1.中专以上，机电一体化专业。

2.8年以上模具维修经验。

3.有机械相关专业知识，能熟练操作钳工设备，能独立完成模具维修。

4.良好的团队合作精神
