Responsibilities:

• Assist Line Manager to drive demand via delivery of Go-to-Market programs

• Assist Line Manager to establish and drive marketing plan for new products including product positioning, pricing and launching and promotion plans.

• To understand and command the various areas of application for the products to the customers and channel.

• Continually monitor customer demand, competition and market trend

• Manage and product portfolio optimization

• Work with PM to identify needs gap for Resi and define the right product portfolio

• Work with sales team to identify opportunities and develop programs in driving brand penetration by channel by geography

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent

• 3 years and above working experience in product marketing.

• Excellent communication skills (clear, concise oral and written presentations) and interpersonal skills

• Project management skills

• Quick learner, capable of adapting to new systems

• Able to mine data and derive critical information from diverse inputs

• Good Written English. and fluent spoken English will be a plus
