主要职责

配合落实，执行下述内容：

1.负责院区内建筑暖通系统的管理

2.PPM以及维保计划的制定，管控及执行

3.暖通项目改造的规划及建议

4.作为专家成员对现场工程团队人员进行专业培训及工作指导

5.负责技术方案与客户方的对接及沟通

6.负责技术方案的实施监督及验收

7.熟悉HVAC各专业及系统设备原理及常见故障处理，具备系统分析、小型工程改造方案制订、设计、预算、施工管理能力

8.具备空调系统运行能能耗分析及优化运行能力。

9.负责管理暖通系统预防性年度、季度、月度维护保养和检测的实施，并依据暖通系统的上年运行情况，制定下一年度暖通维修保养计划。

10.及时有效地解决暖通系统的运行事故及故障，协调解决事故的善后事项。

11.负责检查各自分管班组的工作安排和完成情况，认真做好工作总结报告。

12.按时完成领导安排的各项任务，发现问题及时汇报，并提出相关解决方案。

任职资质:

1.全日制本科学历，制冷、暖通等相关专业毕业；

2.5年以上本专业工作经验，有3年以上外企相关工作经验优先；

3.能使用各类办公软件；

4.其他：工作积极主动、热情待人

5.有良好的语言表达能力，解决问题能力,有较强的组织协调能力；

6.具有积极主动地工作精神，善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作；

7.略懂英文者优先。

8.年龄35-45岁，本科学历
