职位描述
1.负责办公园区电梯安全运行管理工作，建立健全电梯管理各项规章制度；
2.严格执行电梯巡视检查制度，每日应对电梯作例行检查，如发现有震荡、不正常的声音或电梯有损坏，应立即停梯检修，将每次检查结果详细记录备案并交强电主管存档；
3.按电梯定期保养项目表的内容开展电梯保养，积极主动协助配合电梯专业公司按电梯维修细则对电梯进行日常维修及大中修工作；
4.配合电梯专业公司完成半月、季度、年度的电梯保养工作，并检查保养质量，经确认后将记录存档保管；
5.建立健全电梯合同，检查、保养、维修等电梯管理档案资料；
6.保持电梯及机房整洁，礼貌制止违反《电梯使用规定》的行为；
7.要妥善保管电梯门和电梯机房的钥匙，未经过主管领导同意不得随便交与他人使用；
8.电梯出现紧急情况，接到通知后及时赶到现场，分析故障原因，了解损失程度并及时采取对策措施，对解决不了的技术问题应及时联系电梯专业公司处理，同时向主管领导汇报，
9.做好每年一次的电梯年检工作和各项检查考核工作，确保电梯安全、合格使用；
10.完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
