Purpose:

¨ Provide secretarial & administrative support to the Senior Director CCS Operation

¨ Manages daily operations of CCS Ops team and coordinates special projects

¨ Support CCS business, e.g. seasonal calendar

Key Responsibilities:

¨ Provide secretarial support to the Senior Director CCS Operation

o Routine work, eg: filing, expense report, etc.

o Meetings / presentations’ preparation

o Travel arrangement (Business, vacation, etc)

o Agenda arrangement

o Check the documents are correct before submitting to SD for approval

o Communicate with suppliers and other Depts. for business needs

o Car arrangement

¨ Admin jobs

o Trip & factory visit arrangements for top management, visitors including air ticket booking, hotel booking, car and meeting’s arrangement, etc.

o Meeting room booking

o Customer visit

o Invitation & Dispatch letter preparation; visa applications

o Check drivers’ driving records

o Pretty cash arrangement and expense report

o Staff program arrangement

o Org-chart Update and Call Tree update

o Arrange company Events

- Annual dinner

- Christmas party

- Outing / Team building

- Other events, such as Management Summit, training programs, etc.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

¨ Bachelor degree of relevant major

¨ Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written

¨ 5 years related secretory or executive assistant working experience

¨ Good command of PC skills(MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet)

¨ Good communication skills, team work spirit and strong organizational skill

¨ Approachable, proactive and supportive personality
