Main Responsibilities

Business Support:

· Review rebate/trade spending/other funding supporting documents within compliance requirement;

· Track monthly business performance result vs plan, forecast and find out improvement area;

· Perform Advertising and Consumer Promotion expense tracking and analysis, to make sure spending efficiency and within budget;

· Support New Product Launch profitability validation;

· Review pricing proposal and monitor price is correctly set up in ERP system;

· Co-work with marketing and trade marketing team to validate promotion activity effectiveness;

· Monitor marketing furniture movement and take control of whole process, including CAPEX approval, quotation/PR/PO, depreciation, physical count and write off, etc;

· Take charge of Europe export China/HK/Taiwan business process control;

Reporting:

· Ensure monthly revenue recognition meets company standard;

· Responsible for key account sales reporting;

· Support periodical rolling forecast update, including but not limited to monthly health check, quarterly and yearly P/L update;

· Work with custodian finance team to solve any reporting deviation;

· Ah hoc project assigned by manager.

Competencies & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance, CPA/ACCA preferred;

- 3 years above of finance analysis experience;

- Fully understanding of the month end close process and how it relates to other closing activities;

- Solid business judgment;

- Experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP;

- Good communication and interpersonal skills;

- Proactive attitude to learn more and solve issues;

- Fluent in English both in reading and speaking;

- Be equipped with good analytical skills;

- Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadline;

- Ability to act and operate independently with direction from line manager.
