Responsibilities Summary:
? Working with FAE, system engineer, and customer to manage/resolve the new feature requirement, reported bugs of MOL products.
? Establish deliverables & schedule, financial parameters and resource requirements of the enhancements of MOL projects
? Responsible for communicating customer requirements, specifications, project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams including FAE, PLM, Sales, Engineering, Management, QA, Operations and Supply Chain.
? Assess MOL issues and work with technical leads to guide MOL team on direction to resolve issues.
? Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
? Responsible for maintaining project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
? Must be willing to travel to customer site and responsible for ensuring product will undergo smooth customer integration.

Key Skills:
? BS or MS Degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Project-management specific trainings are a plus.
? At least 5 years of firmware development experience in the R&D or technical support field, and had played leadership role within a R&D project, understanding development process is required.
? Proven project management experience in a cross-functional product development environment, preferably in the multinational/multi-site consumer electronic companies.
? Experience in dealing with internal or external customer to negotiate/prioritize deliverables is a must.
? Experience in Wireless communication products development a plus. ESpecially in Mobile Phone related development(software, hardware, mechanical etc.)
? Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
? Organization, systematic problem solving and interpersonal skills are necessary.
? Expertise in using Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.
? PMP Certification is a Plus
? Must have a good understanding of the technical development aspects
