Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

 发掘并向低压行业的关键利益相关者进行spec in工作，以帮助实现地区销售的目标。
 组织产品宣传活动并为设计院，盘厂和终端客户进行产品演说。
 为本地销售提供技术应用的支持
 具有发现有价值的合作伙伴的能力
 为区域的销售和代理商进行产品知识的培训
 配合售前售后服务团队对现场的问题进行发现和解决
 市场动态信息的收集和区域销售战略的制定
 Define and spec in to key stackholders of LV component customer, fulfill the technical sales target in region.
 Promotion event organize and conduct at design institutes and panel builders and end users.
 Engineering application support for local sales
 Ability to find and initiate valuable channel partner
 Product training for local sales and distributors
 On sight trouble define and assistant to after sales service team
 Market dynamic information gathering and initiate regional selling strategy

Qualifications/Requirements

 大学本科学历（电气工程，机械工程，市场营销，工商管理）
 3年及其以上在低压行业的工作经验，广泛的低压行业产品和应用知识，有在设计院、盘厂推广的执行经验和人脉，并具有提供LV工程应用解决方案（AE）的能力。
 良好的中文及英文的口头交流与书面交流能力。
 熟练掌握微软办公软件应用，宣传资料的制作。
 成熟的自我掌控能力- 能够在小项目的监管中寻找和开发潜在客户，这些客户包括包括项目和OEM客户。
 拥有很好的团队合作精神，在对销售的支持中表现出灵活性
 有在行业内向盘厂和设计院SPEC IN工作经验者优先
 有与较大代理商合作经验或至今仍与其保持良好关系者优先
 拥有模块化产品（MCB）工作经验者优先
 愿意接受在国内的出差（至30%）
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or business administration or marketing)
 3 years or above LV industry work experience, extensive LV products and application knowledge, ability to perform spec in at DI and submit engineering application solution.
 Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
 Skillful at MS office application, promotion material making
 Mature self-starter – able to work with minimal supervision to find and develop leads, include project and OEM customer
 Team player, exhibiting flexibility
 Preferred with DI, PB, EU spec in experience and relationship, used to work in panel builder or design institute is better
 Preferred have good relationship with power distribution company or work experience
 Preferred with modular product spec in experience
 Willingness to travel domestically (up to 30%）
