Reporting to the Credit & Collection Team Lead/ APAC FSSC Manager locally, responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1.Responsible for the activities and operations in the credit and collections department

2.Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - Customer calls/emails, outstanding payment reconciliations and constantly follow up with customers

3.Assists in solving inquiries related to the status of customer accounts; documents status of collection efforts.

4.Analyze over 90 days outstanding payments, assess revenue exposure and review bad debt provision with team lead/manager to manage collection risk effectively

5.Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts

6.Ensures follow all protocols, laws and regulations to collect payments efficiently. Such as Work with internal legal department to find solution for debt recovery

7.Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales and customers

8.Execute and adhere to credit control procedure

9.Investigates credit hold issues, suggests payment options to be approved and execute credit release/hold according with company credit policy

10.Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Credit & Collection Team

- 执行信控及收款部门所需的其他分配的任务和职责

The successful applicant should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills. You should be a self-starter, motivated, organized, meticulous, independent and versatile team player.

Pre-requisites:

1.Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, billing and collections procedures.

2.Excellent written, verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skill

3.Shared service center experience will be a plus

4.Familiar with Taiwan culture/business will is preferred

5.Fluent English and Chinese

6.Familiar with Oracle, Outlook and proficient in Ms Word and Excel

7.Strong work ethic, teamwork and ability to organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
