工作职责：
-负责仓库以及项目的分配，包括空间/设备/人员/流程/安全等
-制定相关的章制度，操作流程及报表
-日常运行管理，包括货物的进/出站，库存及盘点
-保持与客户的日常沟通，并及时向公司汇报与反馈
-建立和保持与客户的良好关系
-协助经理与客户完成月季清算
-对仓库管理员就工作的准确/效率/质量方面进行培训指导
-正确地进行人员管理，促进团队合作，进一步推动项目的良好运作
-与员工分享专业知识及经验
-成本控制
-经理布置的其他任务

能力要求：
-较强的沟通技能，服务礼节
-以客户为中心并提供优质服务
-合作精神以及开阔的业务见识
-自我约束，良好的时间管理
-较强的分析力和提供解决方案


基本要求：
-熟练的普通话，良好的英语水平及电脑技能
-大专以上学历
-4年以上第三方物流相关经验，仓库安全管理经验优先
-耐心，有效率，负责，能在压力中工作
