建立并持续改进迅达别墅梯市场及竞争对手分析的流程与体系,根据市场情况引导别墅梯产品及业务模式走向

Create and Continuous improvement for Schindler villa lift competitor Benchmark and market analysis process and system, give lead and strategy for villa lift product and business model.

• 职位职责 Position Responsibilities and Requirements

1. 对中国别墅梯市场前十的竞争对手产品/商业模式进行持续分析与汇总，明确他们与迅达别墅梯的优劣势，以季度（CP）为单位给产品改进提供输入建议；Analyze Top 10 competitor villa lift product/business model of China market, give product improvement input on Quarter/CP base.
2. 对别墅梯进行宏观市场分析， 评估市场体量，发展趋势和重点区域以帮助销售发现更多客户,并给出以月为单位的报告；Market analysis of villa lift, assess market size, density etc. to give lead to sales to find more customer, give monthly report.
3. 持续调查收集别墅梯客户需求,习惯及反馈， 跟进改善并给产品开发提供依据；Investigate and gather villa lift need, habit and feedback, track the improvement and give market baseline to guide product development.
4. 收集每月别墅梯销售情况及投标跟踪情况，包括台量利润等，提出改进建议；Track by monthly villa lift sale performance and project under tendering, including OIT and C1, give report and improvement advice.
5. 对别墅梯及竞争对手的分析归纳，总结并更新成为销售工具和培训材料，定期对销售进行培训； Summarize data above as sales tool and training material, give training to sales in certain frequency.
6. 配合别墅梯业务发展经理其他工作；Execute other task assigned by Villa BD senior manager.
