Position Summary
The Project Manager will organize, lead and facilitate process improvement across the entire corporation.
? As an individual contributor, drive improvements in business performance using Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma Techniques in support of Business Champion(s) and the Corporate Lean Six Sigma Organization to meet financial, business and leadership development goals.
? Work with a variety of Business Leaders and their Black Belts applying your proven leadership and change management skills to drive improvements across our organization.
? Projects will range up to more strategic multi-functional, multi-business efforts requiring excellent project management and communication skills.
? This opportunity will afford the selected candidate the ability to have exposure to and exert influence on diverse teams of people in a target rich environment.
? These positions will be based in Shanghai, with 50% travel both domestic and international.

Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree.
? Minimum 5 years' experience in operational environments such as manufacturing, supply chain, and transactional environments.
? Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master preferred
? Experience working cross-functional, cross-business and cross-cultural projects in manufacturing environment.
? Fluent English
? Proven Leadership and Change Management experience driving process improvement projects.
? Hands-on Project Management experience.
