职位描述
Position: State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) Key Account Manager
Report to: National S&M Director, Energy
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
? Work towards specific goals with planned targets and appropriate process;
? Build/maintain close relationship with SGCC customers as the main interface between company and SGCC;
? Collect/update timely information of SGCC movement;
? Provide open communication by information sharing in decision making ;
? Assist Management to determine the sales strategy based on market intelligence and sales performance analysis ;
? Implement and execute strategic product development and marketing plans to drive company growth and profitability.
? To achieve the specific sales target for SGCC bulk tenders; to establish/maintain close and sustainable relationship with SGCC customers.
? Build up a deeper understanding of the total process of SGCC including their business development, organization, bid tendering, and management, requirements of product and customer services.
? As the representative of company to coordinate with SGCC to implement the strategies and plans of company global and China ;
? Develops, interprets and delivers product, market and sales analysis reports for SGCC.
? Represents the organization in industry associations to develop and promote positive relationships.
? Close control the AR
Requirements
? Bachelor degree from accredited university preferred electrical engineering.
? Min. 5 years sales experience preferred in the Cable industry
? Demonstrated strong analytical, strategic planning and key account management skills.
? Ability to lead the team on the path of continuous improvement.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Strong time management and coordination skills.
? Must be able to travel frequently.
? Languages: English and Chinese
? Good understanding of cable Industry or similar industry
? Technical Business understanding
? Good knowledge of international business organization.
