1、协助工程经理督促和指导强电技工完成各项工作；

2、全面负责项目高压、低压、变配电及照明等系统与设备的日常运行、维修保养和巡视检查等工作；

3、熟悉项目内电气设备情况，制定项目内各种电气系统与设备的保养制度、操作规程和巡查表格，督促和检查维修技工、值班技术员做好各项维修及运行记录；

4、解决电气系统/设备运行中遇到的各种技术问题，指导技术员的日常维修保养工作，确保设备正常运行；

5、派发及确认维修工单完成情况，提出各项维修工具、材料及备品备件的采购计划；

6、负责技术员的技术培训和考核，负责电气系统与设备技术资料的收集、整理和归档。提交每周每月工作报告予工程经理审核；

7、努力节约用电，提出节能的改进措施，杜绝设备运行中的浪费现象；

8、当发生突发事件时，要及时上报工程经理，并做好应急处理的工作；

9、负责做好配电间的安全防范措施确保安全运行，负责填写倒闸操作工作票；

10、完成上级领导交办的其它任务。

职位要求：

1、身体健康，性格开朗，机电自控相关专业，沪籍优先；

2、了解并熟悉强电方面的知识；

3、掌握楼宇自动化、机电一体化专业知识；

4、严谨务实、具备突出的沟通协调和执行能力，具有较强责任心、吃苦耐劳素质、团队合作意识；

5、掌握WORD,EXCEL等办公软件的使用方法；

6、具有较强的领导能力、计划与执行能力，具备领导团队的能力；

7、需持有低压、高压操作证，持有相关职称证书、专业技能等级证书者优先；

8、能承受工作压力；
