职位描述
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for company talent acquisition works, including but not limited to manage recruitment channels, fill-up the vacancies, internal communication with hiring managers. This role is expected to have good mindset on data analysis and reporting. Could be a professional advisor on interview process optimizing and talent evaluation.
[Responsibilities]
-Assist to monitor the talent acquisition and manpower planning for offices in China,
-Roll out and continuously improve recruitment process and tools
-Evaluate the current sourcing channels to ensure it effectiveness
-Plan and execute yearly campus recruiting events with key universities in China
-Provide end-to-end recruitment process for fulfillment of vacancies
-Give suggestions to Line mangers based on related reports in different recruitment phase
[Requirements]
-Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
- Bachelor degree or above
-More than 3-year-experince including in-house or agency recruiting experience
-With over sea’s recruitment experience is preferred
-Demonstrated experience in conducting performance based job interviews
-Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- A good team member, able to work under high pressure
