Job description:
Our client is a one of the world's largest CRO company which is focus on comprehensive drug development services. They are now looking for an excellent candidate to work in their GLP laboratory and take the responsibility to lead a formulation research team and perform routine and non-routine tasks for pharmaceutical R&D studies.
Responsibilities:
- Formulation research and development including literature search, study design and experiment execution for solid dose and liquid dose formulation as well as other formulations as needed
- Perform formulation/dose preparation for study use and perform sample analyses for GLP PK and TK dose and drug substances/drug products used for clinical trials.
- Work with material management team for raw material identification and equipment purchasing
- Responsible for assigned instruments/equipments, maintaining them in proper calibration according to SOPs; perform IQ/PQ/OQ calibrations as assigned
- Write up IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, process validation plan
- Work with multiple projects and communication with customers when needed
Requirements:
Education& Experience:
-B.S with 5 years experience or M.S. with 2-3 years experience in pharmaceutics, formulation or analytical chemistry is preferred
- Have experience in formulation/dose development and process development as well as preformulation development
- Familiar with cGMP and GLP regulation
Languages:
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Computer skills:
- Skilful at Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Microsoft project
