工作职责
1、员工入职培训
2、参与公司招聘规划和人员编制预算；
3、负责拟定并执行公司招聘方案；
4、监督执行招聘工作，满足公司各部门的用人需求；
5、负责招聘渠道的建立、开发及评估；
6、优化招聘流程，缩短招聘周期，提高招聘效率；
7、跟踪评估各类人才的使用情况，更新和维护人才储备库；
8、月度考勤统计工作；

任职资格
1、人力资源或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、3年以上相关工作经验，有2年以上猎头公司工作经验尤佳；
3、熟悉机电自动化行业，熟悉机器人行业者优先考虑；
4、有人力资源招聘的实务操作经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规；
5、性格温和、有耐心、积极主动，为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨，具有很好的语言文字表达能力；
6、熟练使用办公软件，数据处理能力强（excel）。.
