总经理秘书工作范畴:
1、起草相关文件、重要会议决议纪要和相关报告，如董事会资料的制作；
2、实施公司级别会议的会务组织工作，如会议日程安排和筹备，相关报表，会议材料的准备和记录；
3、书面翻译与工作相关的文件与资料；口头翻译相关会议、重要会面及日常事务过程中内容。
4、准备并提供总经理指定的各项信息；协助总经理与公司其他各部门沟通；
5、处理公司领导的日常来往信件和来电，如文件处理，资料收集归档，翻译，证件办理，行程安排，商务宴请，客户拜访等接待工作；
6、协助维护并保持与政府机构、行业协会学会、新闻媒体、境内外同业企业、社会团体等良好关系
7、完成领导交办的其他工作
职位要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，有留日经历优先。日语或相关专业学位，日语一级以上，具备良好的读、说、写能力，有较强的日语商业信函写作能力；
2、有3年以上日资企业总经理或董事长秘书的实际工作经验，工作认真负责，积极主动，细心守密，耐心细致，办事灵活，能承受工作压力；
3、掌握商务礼仪，熟练使用office软件，英语听说读写良好；
4、性格稳重，具备出色的协调沟通能力，综合分析能力，较好的团队合作精神，能够服从上级领导安排之职责；
