1) Understand core information of bike, contribute in the brand design and style positioning.

2) Lead in-house creative team to accomplish creative work for each brand, from concept to complete, towards online/offline platform.

3) Establish and communicate the strategic vision and creative direction, provide brand visual design solutions, including the exterior design, advertising video/print, website, etc.

4) Support company creative needs on occasion base, such as exhibition.

5) Lead, motivate and manage the creative team

6) Work closely with other teams, like R&D, Marketing&Sales, Operation.

Requirements

1) Bachelor degree or above, with major in art design, advertising or related field. Overseas study is preferred.

2) 8+ years experience in creative art field with excellent projects, experience in global 4A creative agency is a must.

3) experience in e-commerce, and/or expeirence in bike or bicycle field is a strong plus.

4) Good aesthetic perception, strong sense of fashion, tactics to tell a story, passionate about building brand via creative work.

5) Excellent commuincation and coordination capability when leading a prject.

6) Proficiency in using design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CoralDraw.

7) Excellent command of English, open for international and multi-culture work environment.

8) Good team player and leader who exhibits a positive, constructive and collaborative attitude, even under pressure.
