岗位职能：

1、制定中长期营业策略

2、根据市场需求，制定公司发展方向

3、负责部门团队建设，并培养营业人员

4、负责大客户行为管理

5、推动执行项目管理

6、为客户提供技术服务和解决方案

7、制定并执行年度预算

8、负责货款回收

岗位要求：

1、材料、设备等工科专业，本科以上学历

2、5年以上的营业或市场经验者

3、有制造业、或汽车业的同类工作经验

4、具部门管理、团队建设、人才育成经验

5、精通日语（如能同时使用英语沟通者更佳）
