Essential Responsibilities

• Handle the customers' enquiries/orders, stock availability check, lead time check, warranty and /or return authorizations, shipments of materials, expediting of shipments and/or material; including tracking/managing internal & external customer issues according to Case Management Guidelines and standard operating procedures.

• Effectively enter customer’s data, warranty and/ or return authorizations as well as sales orders in a timely fashion and without error; using departmental service commitments & achieving metrics.

• Interface with Demand Management to coordinate shipments of material to meet the customer’s needs and requirements; with Global Commercial Support and technical support to coordinate the return of material for repair , restock or warranty replacement; with technical support and/ or Demand Management to coordinate quality control measures; with sales and/ or sales operation to follow up SPA status until the order is placed; With the finance department and/or sales to follow up the credit status

• Manage SAP/Siebel/Apropos/SFDC on the daily basis ; Demonstrate an understanding
of distribution pricing schedule/discount structure in SAP and/or Siebel, SFDC.

• schedule a must, find solutions/ work around to urgent issues, escalate/ seek help
quickly to meet daily commitments.

Qualifications/Requirements 

Have high level of responsibility, dedication, organized, independent working, ability to prioritize work, operations, discipline systematic way of working. Customer focus and teamwork required.
Good English is a must - written and spoken, good communication skills

Have the maturity to handle and own the operation of customer service.

Need Microsoft Office-excel, word, power point/ basic computer skills.

SAP experience is preferred
