Job description and Responsibilities: 

Report directly to the Communication Director

  

- Take charge of the audiovisual communication development: adapt corporate videos in Chinese, produce new videos, organize and manage photo shooting during important events, manage the audiovisual material in China.

  

- Take charge of the corporate goodies design and development in close cooperation with the purchasing service and the headquarter team.

  

- In charge of the development, adaptation and update of Safran Visual Identity guideline for China and guide Safran companies and sites in China in its utilization in order to guarantee a consistence Safran brand image in China.

  

- Guide and animate the communication network from different Safran companies and sites in China with monthly reporting and conference call; support the communication network in their daily operations, motivate and encourage the local communication network to enrich and contribute to the Safran corporate communication content development and promotion.

  

- Manage and ensure the local implementation of Safran global internal communication campaigns in China through good cooperation with local communication network and headquarter central team.

  

- In coordination with HR team, propose internal communication plans and campaigns, develop HR communication material for recruitment and internal communication towards employees: internal newsletter, posters, kakemono, brochures, etc.

  - Propose, organize and manage internal events, such as communication seminar, Safran internal corporate events, new year party, etc.

Job Location: Beijing

Graduate Level : under graduate or above (Bac + 4 or above)

Languages : Native Chinese with good level of English, mastering of French is highly preferred

Skills and experience required :

 

Have a good experience in corporate communication, ideally having worked on internal & HR communication in an international company.

 

Have solid experience in the event management and project coordination.

 

Having an experience in the photo shooting and video production is highly preferred.

 

Good communication skills, feeling at ease of animate events and presenting in public, passionate in communication, curious and open to new communication trends, familiar with the latest communication digital tools, creative and have a good artistic sense.

 

Strong sense of organization, being able to multitask, work under stress and pay attention to details; good team spirit and positive attitude, easy-going and good relational, have good project management skills and problem-solving mentality.

 

Know how to cooperate with different business units and services, feeling at ease of working in an international environment with frequent exchanges with the headquarter team in France, master skills of managing partners and suppliers,

 

Good master of Microsoft office, especially with advanced master of Powerpoint and Word.
