Requirement/职位要求

1.Major in International trading, Commercial English, or Mechanics/国际贸易、商务英语、机械等专科及以上学历

2.Working experience for Foreign Trading over 1 years/外贸相关行业从事一年以上工作经验

3. CET-4 ,and good at English listening,speaking and writing/CET-4级以上，良好的英语听说读写能力

4.Familiar with Trading process and related documents making./熟悉外贸流程及单制作

5.Prefer to hardware, Mechanic working experience /欢迎优秀的应届本科生

Responsibilites/工作职责

1.Assist to department manager for inquiry and order from customers/协助部门经理跟进老客户的订单和询盘
2.Foreign trade business documents production/协助完成外贸业务单据制作

3.Handle English E-mail and related document management/处理英文邮件及相关的文案管理
4.The factory of the goods are processed proofing, shipment and other matters, timely, accurately reflect the situation, make sure to customers order smoothly and finish/联系工厂处理货物的打样、出货等事宜，及时、准确地向客户反映情况，确保订单的顺利完成
5.Handle the customer complaints/处理客户的投诉

6.Support to other work related to department/协助部门经理处理其他工作相关内容
