职位描述：

麻爪云协作是一款法律垂直领域的团队协作工具，用户运营团队将是客户与产品之间的重要桥梁。

岗位职责

1、完成新客户的部署、培训等工作，帮助客户快速上手麻爪云协作产品，使客户理解它的协作与管理价值；

2、定期回访客户，上门拜访本地用户。精准定位用户面临的问题，给出***解决方案，使用户在企业内部积极推行麻爪云协作的实施；

3、跟进客户日常使用，及时解答问题，给出产品使用建议；

4、收集整理用户反馈，与产品、研发部门沟通协调，提出产品优化建议，及时向用户反馈处理进度和结果；

5、维护客户关系，提升客户满意度。

岗位要求

1、本科以上学历，企业管理、法律等相关专业优先；

2、1年以上客户管理、产品售后、技术支持等相关职能方面的工作经历；

3、有较强的自驱力，并能承受一定的工作压力，为了增加用户满意度和留存而不断尝试新方法；

4、优秀的沟通、协调、组织能力，有较强责任心与学习能力。
