Key areas of accountability主要工作职责

· Build and maintain a preferred supply base for the assigned scope

· 积极建立并维护供应商关系，选择并开发潜在供应资源

· Lead Supplier performance evaluation

· 根据预定标准进行供应商绩效评估

· Drive contract and price negotiations

· 推动采购合同和价格谈判

· Gather relevant benchmark data, supply market intelligence information

· 收集相关基准数据，提供供应方市场情报信息

· Lead or participate in the Scouting, RFQ generation and supplier selection process

· 负责或参与Scouting，RFQ generation和供应商选择流程

· Contribute to supplier risk identification/assessment and propose mitigation plan

· 进行供应商风险识别/评估，并根据需要制定应对方案

· Ensures compliance to Procurement Policy

· 负责并确保所采取的采购行为符合有关政策，法规和道德规范

· Support Quality Team regarding supplier Quality assurance document collection

· 协助质量团队进行关于供应商质量保证文件的收集

· Provide AOP savings through cost down projects and new product introduction projects

· 通过降本项目及参与新产品开发项目等实现年度运营成本节约

Job knowledge, skills & experiences岗位要求及任职资格

· Bachelors degree or above

· 本科及以上学历

· More than five years working experience in procurement in the domestic appliances industry, water industry experience a plus

· 五年以上家电行业采购经验，净水行业为佳

· Proven ability to drive procurement savings through both negotiations and cost reduction programs

· 已具备通过谈判及降本项目来节约采购成本的能力

· Good team player and able to work under pressure

· 富有团队合作精神，具有一定承压能力
