主要岗位职责描述/ Job Description

1、协助销售区域经理制订销售计划。

Assist regional sales manager to make sales plan.

2、负责寻找客户，进行销售区域客户开发与维护。

Responsible for area customer development and maintainence.

3、负责销售工作，完成销售目标。

Responsible for assigned sales job and achieving sales target.

4、负责对销售市场的信息收集。

Responsible for collecting sales related information from the market.

5、负责销售区域市场推广工作。

Responsible for marketing promotion within the assigned area.

6、参与售后服务工作。

Participating after-sales support.

7、完成销售部经理交办的其他工作任务。

Fulfill other jobs assigned by sales manager.

任职资格要求/Qualification and Competence

1、 电气工程，机械工程，物理学或相关专业学位。

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related discipline.

2、 希望具备物理量测量的知识和经验，如应变、扭矩、力、压力、温度等。

Knowledge and experience is preferred on sensors and data acquisition for physical test including strain, torque, force, pressure, temperature etc.

3、 良好的人际交往能力。

Good interpersonal skills.

4、能够以客户为中心，以结果为导向。

Customer focus and result oriented.

5、良好的英语读、听、写、说能力。

Reasonable good English skill on reading, listening and writing.

6、具备良好的的项目管理能力。

Good project management capability.

7、主动独立工作，又能在团队中发挥积极作用。

Capable of working independently and on own initiative, but also functioning as part of an integrated sales team.

8、 频繁出差。

Able to travel extensively.
