职位描述
Main Responsibility:
1. Develop business strategies to ensure sustainable growth of Signal BU in China and identify new sales growth opportunities with existing customers and potential customers;
2. Proposal and develop effective sales and marketing strategic in order to achieve the sales and margin objectives according to the company strategic plans;
3. Continuously develop market research and competition analysis on the foreseen and planned activities and delivering corresponding feedback to Sales/MKT; define and replace the strategy according to survey and marketing analysis data;
4. Be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and realizing sales and marketing opportunities according to the market feedback and new market trend;
5. Keep track and anticipate in competitors' activities and strategies;
6. Be focused on relative policies to benefit the signal area, seize the development opportunity to grow the industry;
7. Other marketing related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company;
8. Keep good relationship with different cooperation parties, partners, government, and stated owned companies.
Requirements:
1. Develop marketing and sales strategies for regions and customers;
2. Plan and execute customer relationship programs;
3. Negotiate long term contracts;
4. Sales budgeting and controlling;
5. Lead sales and marketing team;

7. Fully understand the metro market and relative policy
8. Able to understand technical specifications / standards / drawings;
9. Have good relationship with local governments, railways and metro operators;
10. Able to work under pressure and manage issues with priority;
11. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
