职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 贯彻落实公司销售策略、政策和计划；
2、 执行公司销售策略并负责制定本区域市场开拓、新产品推广计划；
3、 负责落实区域货款的回收；
4、直接参与主持区域内客户的业务谈判及成交；
5、每周提交工作行程安排，每月回总公司汇报工作；
6、协助研发及客户试模工作。
任职资格：
1、 有丰富的销售经验，从事过3年以上工程塑料、改性尼龙销售者优先，高分子材料及相关专业毕业者优先；
2、 有较丰富的人脉资源，有丰富的客户开发经验；
3、有独立开发客户的能力，具有一定的技术功底，并有较强的公关能力；
4、能独立完成上级交代的各项任务，服从管理；
6、人品端正、积极上进、做事主动有责任心、能吃苦耐劳，具有较高的沟通协调能力；
7、重视公司利益，有很强的忠诚度，个人信誉良好；
待遇方式（二选一）：
1、基本工资+提成+公司福利
2、直接干股参与辖区内业务分红
