Role Summary: Provide administrative support to China Legal Director and assist to handle Coty China’s operational legal matters

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Handle company registration related matters, including but not limited to change of directors, change of company address etc with support from company registration agency;

Liaise with global Legal team and handle trademark and brand authorization matters;

Handle documents filing including but not limited to contract, business correspondence and corporate governance archiver;

Take responsibility for vendor payments; complete, submit and follow up on all billings & expense reports;

Other assignment may be instructed by Legal Director

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1 year’s solid experience in providing business support

A good team player with excellent logical thinking, interpersonal and communications skills

Self-driven and be able to work independently

Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

Positive attitude and a pro-active approach to work with in a corporate environment

Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Legal qualification is not a must, but a plus
