Job Description（工作描述）The position will consist in managing the incoming inspections and tests for a composite parts manufacturing line, in the Aeronautical sector in Harbin.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Analyzing the workload and distributing the tests to the subcontracted test labs
- Coordinating a team of 1 or 2 technical test supervisors
- Following up the progress of overall test performance
- Managing the reception of the materials and its delivery to the lab
- Ensuring the compliance of quality certification

Job Requirement (职位要求)：- Previous experience in similar project management position
- knowledge of material for aeronautical application
- knowledge of general quality requirements for tests
- good level of English
- good organizational skills
