Roles and responsibility:
1.Preparation and implementation of powertrain or its components test;
2.Supervising mechanical and electrical infrastructure adaption of test rigs for new testing project.
3.Modification and enhancement of test rigs control program code.
4.Supervising operation of test rigs and analysis of test rig data.
5.Instructing test rig operators.
6.Reporting and presenting data to testing project teams and customers.
7.Improving performance and reliability of test rigs.
8.Integrating new test equipment and technology to meet the requirement.
9.Communication with customers and suppliers.
10.Supporting facility teams in maintaining support equipments of test cells.
11.Collaboration with testing teams for effective testing resource planning and utilization.
12.Continuous improvement of testing process and quality.
13.Supporting 5S management and EHS deployment.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical / automotive engineering or related.
2.At least 3 years of automobile powertrain testing or related experience preferred.
3.Knowledge of transmission and engine mechanism and their components failure mode.
4.Any structure language (C, Pascal, etc.) and any integrated development environment (VC, VB, Delphi, etc.) programming experience preferred.
5.Basic knowledge of metal parts design, manufacturing and assembly.
6.Basic knowledge of speed, torque, temperature, pressure, acceleration measurement and data acquisition system.
7.Basic knowledge of converter, AC dyno.
8.Basic knowledge of industrial automation system (e.g. PLC, relay, pneumatic / hydraulic components etc.)
9.Basic knowledge of measurement and control theory (e.g. PID control).
10Experience with noise and vibration analysis including time, frequency and order analysis for rotating equipment is a plus.
11.Quick solutions finding and conclusion drawing based on data analysis, information retrieval and logical thinking.
12.Well-organized and systematic work style.
13.Balanced, self-driven, and good team player with ability to innovate.
14.Good command of written and spoken English
15.Drivinig licence is preferred.
